"The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. "

"Lovely decoration and atmosphere in the whole hotel. The staff is really polite, breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. The room had a balcony and everything was really clean."
"This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! "Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. "

"Stayed here for one night and the hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was great with beautiful views of the start of the Italian Alps, also very spacious and very clean. Continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Would definitely stay again. "
"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff in the old town of Bergamo. Rooms good size with good wi-fi, bathroom was quite small but usable.
Note there are no lifts and the rooms are on upper floors above the restaurant but the staff helped us with our luggage without even being asked.
There was no air conditioning in the room if you go during a hot period but the ceiling fan was more than adequate for our needs."
