"We were moved to a different hotel don Miguel The man on reception was extremely rude. The room was very dull not enough natural light. The corridors were badly lit. We have stayed in many old style Spanish properties across Spain, this was terrible."

"Nice hotel and great location. Easy access to shopping and eating with amazing roof top bar with view over and into bullring. Best place to catch a sunset. But too many people using hotel lifts for rooftop which didn’t feel secure and the hotel lobby was dark and cramped. No place to sit and work or relax it less by the pool. "

"Wifi was weak. There was a race and we weren’t able to get our car and leave when we wanted. To be fair, they did let us know when we arrived and the delay was only about 40 minutes."
