Yes the room was clean, staff were courteous. Breakfast was very nice. Swimming pool was rooftop with great views. Parking was free and they let us leave our vehicle for the day after we ckecked out and picked it up that afternoon.

Eu acho que ainda falta melhorar um pouquinho o café da manhã tipo: pão francês mais corado não gosta de pão branco parece que está meio cruum bacon mais sequinho porque quando vamos servir ele está com muita gordura mas sequinho mas também tem muito ponto positivo quando pedimos um novinho frito da hora eles fazem fazem um omelete maravilhoso e o rapaz que atende no café da manhã é super simpático educado sempre tem um agrado pro hóspede na chegada um café quentinho às vezes tem um bolo e com relação ao conforto a cama é maravilhosa só as vezes que pegamos um travesseiro que não é tão legal

O quarto é bom, academia é boa, a cama é boa, o chuveiro é bom , café é ótimo, estacionamento é bom, recepção é ótima. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza ineterna dos banheiros. O Box está repleto de mofo, e lodo nos cantos e rejunte. Sinal mesmo que não lavam a tempos!!!

A única coisa que não gostei foi que o telefone do quarto 402 onde eu estava hospedada não funcionava estava mudo e com o fio solto reclamei na recepção disseram que iriam olhar e até o dia que fui embora estava do mesmo jeito.

Hotel parece bom, mas parece estar em reforma. Os atendentes são muito prestativos. Infelizmente houve uma falta de água no início da amanhã, causando transtornos e atrasos. Mas resolveram. Não havia sinal de TV no quarto e internet com sinal sofrível. Reposição de itens básicos no café da manhã, muito demorado. Espero que na próxima visita esses itens tenham sido resolvidos. Localização boa, em frente ao shopping e próximo de restaurantes
