Room had a damp smell and we had to ask staff to empty the fridge, as it was full of someone else's food including half a packet of smelly meatballs. "Great breakfast and the staff was trying their best. On the other side, I was informed that the gym isn’t available while my stay, however I was offered a 5 days free trial on the gym next door which I thought was great! Nevertheless, the registration form was in Swedish and was only applicable and available for Swedish nationals. I was then offered the option to go to the other hotel of the same chain which was 7-10 minutes walk away. I know the gym there is quite smaller and given the fact that there was such a distance to walk and that I I ly wanted to go to the gym early in the morning this was quite unpleasant, so I didn’t use this facility. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times in the past for work always (possibly more than 10 times the last 2 years), but I think I will not stay there in the future if the option of the gym isn’t available and I only find out in such a short notice."
