It features a heated swimming pool (available from April to October), a large covered south-facing terrace, and luxurious interior amenities. The villa will charm you with its architecture, spaciousness, quality materials, equipment, and decor. The 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, equipped with two spotlights for evening swims, extends from the terrace and is surrounded by a lawn and a landscaped garden. It benefits from a heat pump heating system.
