"From the moment I arrived till I left the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok not the best but it was tolerable. Our room was clean, the only issue was at the end of the stay our ac started not to work and it got hot the night before we left."

"Our biggest beef was with the pet policy. We paid extra for our dog and signed the pet agreement which included a dog bed, dog treats and dog bowl. We never received any of the above nor did they put the sign on the door stated in their own agreement notifying their staff a dog was staying within the room."
