Noisy location, no coffee in room. Was nice and clean
We had a great experience. Checking in was contactless, our key and receipt were at the entrance of the property. The location is very convenient and quiet. The room was clean and neat.
Great stay as usual! Nice place to stop motorcycle trips exploring the fun roads and scenery nearby. Rooms are always clean and comfortable

We stayed in the main house. Our room was small, but we chose this room when we booked. A larger person would have trouble fitting into the shower stall. Otherwise the room is nice and clean. Bed is firm.
so amazing, they were extremely understanding when we arrived around 1am after a concert and let us check out 3 hours later than usual!!! It was extremely clean and we had all we needed, everything down to the artwork on the walls was just perfect, 1000/10 would come back!

We were only half hour to Bethel woods concert venue and an hour to Catskills mountains with beautiful waterfalls. The town is small but nice there is a store next to hotel for coffee ect. Check in was simple they left keys as we were coming in late Id refer friends for sure
Just an overnight . Key and instructions waiting at check-in. Well loved but spotless! Plenty of parking. Walking distance to lovely Main Street. Would stay again!
We booked a room just to crash for the night on a road trip. Staff was helpful to leave our keys since we’d be arriving late at night after hours. Room was clean. The house is old so there are a lot of creaks, but very cute quick stay.

Enjoyed my quick stay here after a concert at Bethel Woods. Stayed in the main building which was quaint and quiet. Got there after hours but was able to speak with someone via phone who helped me get into my room. Enjoyed the snacks in the lobby and the convenient walk to Main Street for breakfast the following morning. There are no bells and whistles to this place but I'm low maintenance and enjoyed it especially for the price. Will stay here again if I’m in the area!
Our room (#8) was clean and cool upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and the hardwood floor was a nice (and surprising) touch. New furniture and the bathroom was updated with a decent shower. The room was quiet and we slept very well. When we arrived the staff person had stepped away but there was a phone number posted for help and our key was waiting on the mailbox along with our receipt. We did not see any staff during our one night stay and left the key in a Dropbox when leaving. It was a pleasant stay but felt strange not to have a staff person around.

The place was very clean but it definitely is in need of renovation the steps to the front office and the porch itself definitely needs major major work the air conditioner did not work in our room so we both had a hard time sleeping because it was too warm the place was very very clean and it was a nice little quaint place to stay I just think they need to improve the appearance and maybe some safety issues I would stay there again but I would make sure that my air conditioner if at that time needed it it would work and I don't think I would ever go up those steps on to the porch I walk with a cane and that was very inconvenient for me

We had a little suite, one of 2 adjoining in a small building. Deck in front was quite worn, but nice pair of chairs and table on it. Exterior of the building rather run down. Inside looks quite newly renovated and cute with a full kitchen on one wall of the living area, a table with 3 chairs and a new convertible couch. All done in modern grey, black and white. Very good lighting. Also nice snacks and instant oatmeal.
Queen bed much too soft; my husband slept there and I used the sofa bed. It’s quite hard and a bit short but good for me. Bedding for both nice and new.
In the bedroom not much space for the queen bed, so on one side you have to climb down the bed to get out. No room for nightstand on either side of the bed. Big closet and dresser in bedroom, new bathroom with toiletries and good towels.
Odd aspect of the space - very low ceilings and the windows are very low down. We are 5’6” and 5’8”. I can touch the ceiling easily. So not good if you are on the tall side. Also there is some kind of utility closet next to the front door and strange sounds come out of it. We thought someone was knocking on our door late at night and it woke me early in the morning. Not sure what it was - water heater?
Less than a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Roscoe with 4 restaurants. We were not bothered by traffic or other noise. Overall a good value for the area.
Subtly surprised by this place. Clean and hospitable. For the price during concert season it’s tough to hear. Good brewery down the road for dinner. Excellent experience
