A wonderful house for a family holiday

We chose this property as it fitted our parties needs of a family of 62 grandparents. Holidaying in May we also opted for an indoor pool. I'm really glad we chose this house as the weather was grey and rainy for most of the week but the children still had loads of fun in the pool. The house was clean and perfectly laid out for us and Ludovic was communicative and we had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is maybe a washing line in the garden or tumble drier in addition to the washing machine for a large family to do laundry. The walk to the white sandy beach is lovely, quiet lanes, pretty houses and the botanical gardens are also really close.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

DANKESCHÖN für den schönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr gut eingewiesen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, die Kommunikation hat mit Übersetzer gut geklappt. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Es gibt 2Strandzugänge. Tolle Gegend um spazieren zu gehen oder am Meer zu chillen. Wir würden nochmal kommen.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison et tenons à remercier chaleureusement les autres pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont mis à l'aise et ont pris le temps de nous donner d'excellents conseils sur les restaurants et les producteurs locaux, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir les saveurs de la région. La maison est à la fois accueillante et confortable. Elle est pensée pour que les vacances se déroulent en toute sérénité grâce à des équipements utiles qui rendent la vie sur place très fonctionnel. Le grand plus c'est sans aucun doute l'accès à la piscine. Elle est sans vis-à-vis et nous avons pu en profiter à volonté. De plus, son chauffage a été un vrai confort pour notre séjour en septembre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un super séjour d'une semaine , la villa ne manque de rien, les chambres sont spacieuses et la piscine est géniale. Merci pour votre accueil. Roscoff est magnifique, balade à bord du petit train touristique, nous avons profité des restaurants ( au top) et avons fait la croisière sur le bateau avec la visite du château du Taureau. Visite du jardin exotique de Roscoff ( absolument à faire). Arrêt à la biscuiterie de Saint Pol de Leon, biscuits, souvenirs.. Le feu d'artifice était magnifique. Une très belle semaine en famille. Bonne continuation pour vos projets à venir. Merci Ludo.

Top verblijf in mooie omgeving

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en geeft je een welkom gevoel. Het zwembad is een geweldige toevoeging, zeker voor de kinderen. Daarnaast staat het huis op een rustige plek, maar zijn alle voorzieningen vlakbij. Een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Un accueil très agréable, une maison chaleureuse avec une piscine à 30 degrés qui permet de de bons moments de détente après de belles balades dans cette région magnifique. Excellent séjour dans la villa qui est très bien située pour rejoindre Roscoff et st pol de Léon en moins de 10 min en voiture. La maison est parfaitement équipée notamment pour les jeunes enfants (vrai lit enfant, table à langer, jouets en bois à disposition,…) La piscine est un vrai plus et Ludovic est très accueillant! Bref je recommande vivement cette location

Very clean, modern. Good size garden. Indoor pool was very popular with all of us adults and children alike. Gîte is very close to Roscoff and St pol de Leon. Easy to cycle to both towns on cycle path. Très propre, moderne. Jardin de bonne taille. La piscine intérieure était très populaire auprès de nous tous, adultes et enfants. Gîte est très proche de Roscoff et de St pol de Leon. Facile à faire du vélo jusqu'aux deux villes sur la piste cyclable.
