"It was a lovely log cabin in a beautiful location.. a little small but ok for 2 .. dog friendly.. very clean and well equipped .. the shower was a bit tight for my hubby who is bigger than average .. my biggest issue was the mattress .. it was very firm and I felt like I was being tipped out of bed so didn’t have any decent sleep .. I always wonder why decent mattresses are an issue with holiday rentals .. worth spending on good mattresses in my opinion"

"This is a really lovely cottage and has been perfect for our family of three generations to get together, along with our labradoodle dog. It is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and has incredibly comfortable beds. It is also in a very convenient location. The pretty enclosed garden is a real bonus!"

"This place is amazing! The cottage is so lovely, has everything you need and there was even a little welcome basket of coffee and snacks for us! The kids had the best time playing on the beach! We are so happy we chose to stay here. A short drive to inverness and located the cutest little village. If you stay here go to the cheese pantry! We had the most amazing stay with our family including 3 little kids! Also the most amazing sunsets! We literally would live here if we could!"

"The pictures don’t do The Shore justice. It’s stunning and extremely well equipped. Even down to ensuring there is milk in the fridge for your arrival. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Can’t recommend it enough. The views and sun rises were picturesque from the cottage. Loved seeing the wildlife and the resident harbour Herron.Fortrose is a quaint place and there is lovely Chinese in Avoch.The Allangrange in Munlochy is a great place to go for some nice home cooked food.If you love castles - then Dunrobin is beautiful but not open again until next year. (2025)We’ll definitely return."
