The room and Hotel were very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a small walk to the train station and easy to get in to Munich. Plenty of dining options around the area and a laundrette nearby. The only problem was the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly and the room got warm and humid when we were out. We would definitely stay there again if in the area ( if the aircon was working).

Very nice hotel. What made this a 5 star rating is the gentleman working the front desk at 0500. I was uncomfortable walking to the train station which is about a ten min walk, at that hour. I went to the ground floor to leave and there was a man standing outside the door looking very interested in getting in the hotel. I went back to the reception desk. I told the gentleman what I saw and that I wasn’t comfortable walking with luggage to the station. He checked the security camera and saw what I was talking about and immediately called a taxi. He then escorted me to the car and stayed until I was inside the taxi. Please send along my appreciation and thanks. Yeah, the cab was €10 but it was money well spent.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und modern, aber die E-Ladesäulen haben nicht funktioniert (wohl schon seit Jahren nicht), das war ein wichtiger Punkt für meine Hotelauswahl. Das Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag nicht gemacht, das hätte man extra beantragen müssen, hat mich aber niemand drauf hingewiesen. Die Lage ist am Hauptbahnhof halt etwas laut wg. den Zügen. Es gab keiun Snackangebot, der Automat war defekt. Natürlich auch keine Minibar oder eine Flasche auf dem Zimmer. Der Preis dafür immerhin stolze 158 Euro ohne Frühstück

Angenehmes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Hotel liegt in Nähe des Bahnhofs oberhalb eines Supermarktes und ist einigermaßen gut zu finden. Leider ist die Putzleistung nicht ganz so toll denn die Teppiche im Flur sind recht schmutzig trotz "Reinigung". Vor der Frühstücksleistung waren wir enttäuscht denn in diesem Hotel wurden keine Spiegeleier auf Nachfrage angeboten. Das war das einzigste Hotel auf unserer 10-tägigen Rundreise das nur die berühmte Rühreimasse angeboten hat. Die sonstigen Wurstwaren sind auch nicht gerade berauschend gewesen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit 16 € ist okay. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Schrank und keinen Kühlschrank.
