"Alles super."

"Alles war in ordnung"

"Very nice accommodations with nice amenities. Staff was really pleasant and always helpful to our needs."

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Nice hotel"

"Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes.

"Das Apartement war sehr sauber und grosszügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank."

"Rundum sehr empfehlenswert!"
