Logement sympathique et pratique L annonce précise un emplacement réservé pour le stationnement ce qui est faux nous avons mis jusqu’à une heure pour trouver une place à plus de 5min à pied.la piscine est accessible par d autre logement elle est non visible du balcon.la vue est extraordinaire sur la mer et le logement se situe au pied de la digue avec animations tous les jours, Restaurants aux pieds de l immeuble avec les prix raisonnables Il y à beaucoup d activités sportives nautiques Le centre ville est à environ 2,5km avec la citadelle Pour les plus courageux une randonnée est possible tout au ling de la plage environ 15km À/R

L'emplacement est parfait, beaucoup d'activités disponible a proximité sans prendre la voiture. L'appartement est bien, assez grand 60m2, salle de bain un peu petite. La grande pièce est agréable. Cuisine tres petite mais fonctionnelle. Le matelas de la chambre est très très ferme par contre !!!L'état des parties commune est limite, un bon coup de propre ne ferait pas de mal a certains endroits.La piscine est tres froide aussi. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré certains points négatif.

Nous avons passe de bonnes vacances, l´appartement est bien situé, belle vue sur la mer et proche des restaurants et magasins, néanmoins le week-end , il est difficile de s´endormir avant 2-3 heures du matin. La salle d´eau est petite et à rafraîchir.

Appartement bien placé et bien equipé

Fonctionnel, idéalement situé face à la plage, restaurants, magasins et supermarchés à côté à pied. Difficile de se garer. Très belle vue mer et balcon ensoleillé. Propriétaires réactifs et agence aussi. Pour récupérer les clés l'agence se situe juste à côté de l'appartement.

Prima locatie, leuk appartement.

De woning was niet brandschoon en het balkon ronduit smerig. De keukenkraan zat los. Rommelig in- en uitschenken. Alles gaat via een bureau maar uiteindelijk moesten we in en uitschenken via een neef. Niet erg maar ook niet professioneel. Nogmaals we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en ik hoop dat de kritiek als opbouwend wordt gezien.

Das Objekt liegt in einer super Lage direkt am Strand. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alle Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Wer in Ausgang und Party will ist dort super aufgehoben. Leider ist bis spät Abends doch recht viel Lärm von den Restaurants zu hören.

Le parking privé est minuscule pour 3 bâtiments et par conséquent toujours complet, il n est pas toujours facile de trouver une place à proximité. Les restaurants en bas de la résidence génèrent beaucoup de bruit le soir. Mais la vue depuis la terrasse est belle et le logement bien équipé et agréable.
