Emplacement très agréable, il ne donne pas directement sur la rue (moins de bruit) mais reste tout près de la mer. L'appartement correspond à la description et grâce à l'étage élevé, il n'y fait pas trop chaud. La plage est agréable avec une eau très claire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité.
