La température de la chambre, problème d’isolation, beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre. Salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre, pas d’intimité. Mauvais positionnement des toilettes.

El personal majísimo y atento. El hidromasaje funciona perfectamente y la habitación es grande y romántica. La cama enorme y cómoda,aunque pasé calor y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. El sitio en general es muy chulo y desde luego vamos a volver.

Points négatifs : nettoyage salle de bain limite, lavabo et miroir jamais nettoyé et nous avons séjourné une semaine, manque de cintres (arrangé après) coffre-fort en panne, un siège seulement dans la chambre. Bref, personnel gentil dans l'ensemble, mais service insuffisant pour un trois étoiles

Personal excelente,habitaciones pésimas

Ha ido muy bien,lo único que la cama es incómoda y el jacuzzi está oxidado y se cae a trozos... Destacó la amabilidad del personal,sobretodo el de limpieza y las chicas del comedor....muy agradables y simpáticas Las vistas tampoco me gustaron desde la habitación,es claustrofóbico....me sabe mal,pero creo que no volveremos por este motivo

extérieur :très bel endroit,calme,près de Roses interieur: le + : chambre spacieuse, lit douillet, propre,baignoire à remous, sèche-cheveux le - : fenêtre pas isolée pas de ménage journalier si on prend l'option produit douche on prévoit pour le sejour(2 sachets pour 2 personnes 2 jours) pas de gobelets UU chaines télé suisses, quand on voit les n° d Immatriculation des voitures... majorité de français (je respecte qu on soit en Espagne, mais....) pas de notices avec les numéros d urgence, 1 n° notée sur la porte d entrée de l'accueil, super pour problème la nuit), ni de n° pour joindre direction petit déjeuner correct avec charcuterie, oeufs, viennoiseries, mais 1 reste de pot de confiture de fraise pour dire confiture à dispo ce ne sera pas notre prochain séjour heure du petit déjeuner 9h, 8h30 serait 1 bon compromis

Notre sejour s est tres bien passé. Le petit dejeuner tres copieux. Les proprietaires des lieux tres agréables. L entrée de l auberge reste pas très abordable car des megots de cigarettes des papiers et des masques jonchent les abords. La chambre n a pas été faite tous les jours. Manque de personnel.

Arrivée dans une chambre très froide. Après avoir fait chauffer la chambre (de 14h à 19h)nous avons décidé de faire un jacuzzi (inclus dans la chambre), l'eau vient d'un forage et pas très claire. Eau marron et présence de sable. Dans la soirée, panne de courant à plusieurs reprises, plus de télé, de lumière, plus d'eau.... Dommage car beau cadre, petit déjeuner copieux, et personnel très agreable

Prestations à revoir...

Hotel bien placé à l'exterieur de Rosas. Par contre la propreté reste à désirer. Le personnel n'est pas très aimable. L'accès au spa très compliqué car les horaires d'ouvertures ne sont pas respectés. Pas de possibilité de prendre son petit-déjeuner avant 9h00, c'est pas top le jour du depart surtout quand tu as de la route a faire. Après le sejour s'est déroulé hors saison....

Agréable séjour, conforme à la description.

Hotel correct, le style est assez ancien. Quelques inconvénients : Pas de rideaux très occultants aux fenêtres et pas de volets. Comme il s'agit d'un vieux mas, les bruits de voisinage sont assez présents. Le séjour est néanmoins agréable et le personnel sympathique.

Un sitio pco recomendable me pareció poco limpio y algo dejado hace tiempo que no invierten y el trato deja que desear, decidimos cenar porque vimos que había gente y la cena estaba fria, una parrillada de carne, llevaba algo de verdura y estaba cruda y el pan tostado solo por una cara, resumen que también deja que desear como el resto de la masía, una pena porque parecía que tenía muy buena pinta y con encanto, pero no fue así.
