Goertz & Partner offers you tourist rental this pleasant house which is located in the residential area of Mas Bosca just 5 minutes from Roses. 
This detached house has a plot of 205 m2 which will allow you to park up to two cars in it. Well exposed to the south, it has a pleasant outdoor terrace covered with cani where you can have lunch in the shade while enjoying good times in complete privacy. Upon entering the house, you find a large living-dining room which overlooks a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. You will have three bedrooms, two of them have a double bed (140 cm) and the third has two 90 cm beds, which gives us a total of six beds. You have a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This property has air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, television with French channels.
