Our house is the perfect place for a family or friends vacation, as it has the capacity to accommodate 6-8 people.

The house has a single-story layout, which ensures comfort and accessibility for all guests. In addition, it consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, one of them en suite with a full bathroom and shower, and another bathroom with a shower, ensuring that all guests have the space and privacy they need.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the house has ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room, which means you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the heat.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and water kettle, so you can cook your favorite dishes and enjoy meals with family or friends.

In this house pets are welcome but be careful if he bathes in the pool because the long hair of dogs can break the motor.

There is also a washing machine in the laundry room next to the garage, so you won't have to worry about dirty clothes during your vacation. Additionally, you will find an iron and ironing board to ensure that you always look impeccable.

The house has wifi connection and television with French channels, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Finally, the house has a fenced outdoor parking area with an automatic gate for 2 cars, which means you will have a safe and convenient place to park your vehicle.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

What are the beds like?
There are 2 double beds of 160x190m, 1 of 140x190m and a sofa bed of 140x195m.

Are the towels included?
No, but we have it available for rent.

The technician comes once a week.
