This is the #abandoned guard house at the old Roseville prison.
This is taken from Putnam Hill Park above Zanesville, OH, home of the Y-Bridge. It is on the left and spans the Licking and Muskingum Rivers. Not very may places that you can say "go to the middle of the bridge and turn right."

Lock Number 9 on the Muskingum River at Philo, Ohio. Peaceful spot in the early morning or tonight at sunset. Well, except for all the cars and trucks going across the bridge. Nearby is an eagle's nest quite easily seen on the Philo side with mommy eagle never far away.
