3 Bed, 3.5 Bath Townhome at RED Resort
3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Town home perfect for your Rossland / Red Mountain Vacation.
This townhome is fully equipped to for a lovely family getaway.
As you enter you have a large area for your boots and jackets, single car garage, 3 piece bath and a bedroom with a queen bed. On the main floor, there is open concept kitchen, dining for 8 and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV and a half bath. Connects to a deck with a hot tub to watch the snow falling on the top of Red. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal after a day on the slopes. Upstairs you'll find another bedroom with a double over double bunk, the master bedroom with king bed and 3 piece ensuite. Shared 3 piece bathroom in the hallway. There is an additional sleeping matt if needed.
Approximately a 400 meter flat walk to the ski lift. So no driving to the busy lots. Family friendly with pack and plays and stair gates if you want to bring the littles.
High Speed internet.
Laundry in unit.
Single car garage but there is additional visitor parking for 1 other car in the lots first come first serve.
Sorry no pets.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
*Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details
