Not very sound insulated but pleasant enough

A lot of hotels, this included has that new "sound insulation" tag attached to their rooms. Considering that here I could hear people through the door like they were in the room, the upstairs guests bumbling about in theirs, and birdsong through the closed windows, I wonder what is the definition of "sound insulation"? Other than that, it is a nice hotel, though even in +21 weather the room was starting to feel a little stuffy, necessitating having the windows wide open for much of the evening. With the next door forest being rich in mosquitos, this is not the best combination. Would not stay in the middle of summer. Some of the staff had limited English skills, but once we were past that, they were helpful enough in their matter-of-fact style of service. Location's good with the bus stops right outside, the room clean, etc, so the basics are all there.

When we arrived a receprionist made a mean comment that my girlfriends name was kinda difficult to type in a computer which was not a great start. I dont know what was the issue. Kinda not professional. And what was the point of saying that to a guest? Rude.

Blev meget overrasket over prisen!

Ved indcheckning blev vi oplyst om at morgenmad og parkering var inklusiv. Dette var vi også helt overbevidst om vi havde bestilt med fra starten. Men ved udcheckning skal vi både betale for morgenmad og seperat parkering??? - og der var ingen service til hjælp at hente. Receptionisten sagde bare at sådan var det. Da vi ikke kunne dokumentere det på skrift måtte vi betale de 221EUR ekstra!!!! - havde dette været prisen fra startet havde vi aldrig booket. Personligt savnede jeg en enkelt tv kanal med enten dansk eller engelsk. Det har været fedt, hvis man ikke er så stærk iblandt de 30 kanaler kun på tysk. Wellness og øvrigt fungerede fint.

Fint hotell

Vi kom hitt etter 4 timer i kø på motorveien fra Dresden, og var veldig slitne og trøtte, så vi fikk ikke så mye inntrykk av hotellet, som vi hadde håpet på. Badet var kjempefint, og sengene var gode å sove i.

Einfach Wow

Wow man steht davor Farbe, man kommt rein Farbe. Eine Einladung für gute Laune, dieses Hotels setzt beim Personal auf junge Leute und die machen ihren Job richtig gut, natürlich auch das andere Personal. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet das Ambiente im ganzen Hotel stimmig, toller Wellnessbereich, Massage ist zu empfehlen. Nicht weit vom Hotel die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum, mit Kurkarte kostenlos. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, das steht ganz oben auf meiner Liste der Empfehlungen

Var på roadtrip i Tyskland. Bokade hotellet samma kväll vi behövde ett boende. Kunde inte bli bättre! Mysigt, lugnt, trevlig personal, god mat/frukost, sköna sängar. I rummet var det perfekt mys/romantisk belysning om man så ville. Åker lätt tillbaka ❤️
