"Fully renovated older hotel with lake views. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Could hear TV from neighbouring rooms at early hours. Pool was nice with great music being played. Central location. "

"The property and grounds are very dirty. The sidewalks and paths have not been washed off or sprayed off in a long time. Very, very dirty such a simple thing to clean. The floor in our room had not even been mopped. There were coffee spills and dirt on it. The coffee maker still had a used coffee packet in. It had not even been cleaned. The only thing in our room that was clean was the bed. The breakfast was pretty good. They were out of eggs so I had to ask them to make more. The dispensers in catering dishes were all dirty on the handles. Like nobody ever washed them off. The handle on the coffee dispenser was disgusting. My wife and I are both janitors custodians. So we know what it takes and this place just does not have it."

"Clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff there were great."

"The staff is always amazing, very friendly and helpful. I love the fact they are very dog friendly. My pup loves making the rounds in the gravel beds, she loves the fake turf."

"The facility was nasty. The rooms had cockroaches in there, floors were so dirty and disgusting. Walls were super thin, can hear everything going on. Couldn’t even get towels when asked. The outside was sooo gross full of dead grass and weeds and nothing but dog poop and pee everywhere. That hotel should be shut down. I had a 3 night stay but stayed first night. We left. Time for hepatitis shot. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, do not stay there. "

"Just 1 (minor) complaint: could have used more dresser drawer space. The balcony faced north east so it was only in direct sunlight for 2 hours in the morning, the rest of the day was in comfortable shadow. The furniture (including the bed) was comfortable and the TV was unbelievably large. We were able to connect our firestick so we were able to navigate easily."

"Ended up staying here last minute and so glad we did. It turned a bad trip into a lovely vacation. Lots of room for our dog and plenty of shoreline to run around on. Great bike and walking trail that runs nearby. Space for boats and other recreational vehicles. The staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms are clean and well maintained. "
