Clean and comfortable hotel near the city center. Spacious room with nice bed. Lay out of the bathroom a bit unpractical. Toilet is placed in a way that you can easily bump your head on the sink. Other than that, great place to stay for a long weekend.

I booked the hotel with breakfast buffet for our group of 3 people but didn’t get the breakfast. When we checked it, the front desk lady told us the breakfast started at 7am on weekdays and 7:30am at weekends. We would leave the hotel around 7:30am on Saturday so I asked if possible to get breakfast earlier. She said unfortunately no. On Saturday when we checked out, another staff told us actually they could have provided packaged breakfast if they knew we were leaving earlier than the breakfast time. The young lady was a new hire so she didn’t know that. I am very disappointed that the staff was not well trained. I wonder if possible I can get the fees paid for the breakfast back?

They try to scam you! Since i have stayed there on Tuesday, they did not stop spamming me my email adress, they even sent me a preauthorization trasaction for a new booking they have never made!!! Stay away from this hotel

Everything was good apart from my room. I stayed in a single room. It was too cold, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was not sound proof and I could hear people in the corridor very easily. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. Customer service at reception was okay. Some communication issues with bag storage.

My room is very clean. However, the bathroom has a glass panel on the wall that separates it from the bedroom. When my partner turned on the light in the middle of the night, It lit up the bedroom and woke me up. Don’t understand the purpose of the glass panel there.

Glorietijd ver achter zich gelaten. De inkomhal is leuk vernieuwd en piekfijn in orde. De kamers lieten te wensen over. We boekten meer dan 8 maanden op voorhand ons verblijf (3 kamers). 2 kamers bevonden zich aan een kant van het gebouw. De derde aan de andere kant op een andere verdieping. Op zich geen probleem. Helaas zaten de twee kamers langs elkaar vol met muggen. De ramen waren dicht maar tientallen muggen moesten we doodkloppen (in november). Resultaat twee nachten slecht geslapen en de nodige bultjes. Verwarming had daarnaast niet opgestaan in de kamer dus deze waren zéér koud. Daarnaast werkte op een van de badkamers de verwarming niet en was deze ruimte niet warm te krijgen. Na beklag kregen we een mobiel kacheltje maar… er is geen stopcontact op de badkamer. Verwarmen was dus onmogelijk. Een andere kamer kregen we niet omdat er geen beschikbaar was. Het enige dat het hotel kon aanbieden was 1 gratis drankje. Niet echt netjes van een 4 sterren hotel dat je twee dagen een ijskoude badkamer moet tolereren en er enkel 1 drankje van af kan voor de personen in deze kamer. Kamers zijn verder ook gedateerd. Vlekken op tapijten, zetels, behang dat loskomt, terras op kamer dat niet toegankelijk is, vocht op de muren in de badkamer. Overal enkel glas en geen rubbers meer tussen de ramen. Het nodige lachtwaai krijg je ee dus gratis bij. Ontbijt was wel tip top in orde. Allergenen goed aangegeven en veel keuze.

Ich hatte ein Double-Zimmer im Tower und mein Aufenthalt war durchgängig sehr positiv. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber und komfortabel, das Personal stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral und gut angebunden, sodass man Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bequem erreicht. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Niks op aan te merken. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Door een foutje hadden we een eenpersoonsbed bij staan ipv een baby bed. Maar dat werd zonder problemen omgewisseld.
