  • - charming 4-room chalet about 1 km from the small ski resort of Roubion (10 km from Beuil; 15 km from Valberg, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Nice). Altitude 1500m, comfortable, fully equipped. lounge dining room with fireplace, new fitted kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed one with 2 single beds and one with 2 single beds and one double bed). 1000m2 plot, path access (equipment (chains) in case of heavy snow recommended).
