Welcome to Armand, a flat in the very centre of Rouen, in the highly sought-after Place Saint Marc district! Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this atypical residence promises an unforgettable experience.
Completely renovated, this top-floor flat comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room, 3 bedrooms with double beds and private shower rooms and a separate toilet.
Take advantage of the large, bright living room to relax or share your meals over a convivial lunch or dinner. You'll find an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: kitchen worktop, fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine!
In the separate bedrooms, you'll find double beds (140x200) with linen for a comfortable night's sleep, and a private bathroom. A real luxury for everyone!
Enjoy an incredible view over the rooftops of Rouen, as the flat is on the top floor of the residence! Access is via the stairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? Bus : Line T1-T2-T3 (Teor): This bus line crosses several districts of Rouen. The Rouen metro may also be an option. Although Place Saint Marc is not directly near a metro station, the Metro line can be used from Théâtre des Arts or Palais de Justice stations, which are not far away.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 5th floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Really nice but would be perfect if some improvements were to be made
We really loved our stay here, the only thing we think could improve is the communication and the helpfulness of the staff. Everything else was truly amazing and we loved the place.

Bel emplacement mais appartement qui ne respecte pas
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement le temps d'un week-end. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous car nous souhaitions être proche d'amis qui habitent le quartier. En revanche nous avons subit une petite déconvenue concernant l'appartement et l'immeuble. L'appartement est situé au dessus d'un bar très bruyant et animé en soirée et la nuit. Présence de nuisibles (souris) dans les parties communes. Concernant la propreté, l'appartement était convenable dans son ensemble, seulement quelques traces de saleté sur la vaisselle, des étages poussières et des remontées d'égouts dans les canalisation. Les lits et la disposition des chambres ne sont pas idéales mais convenables. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup échangé avec la conciergerie car nous n'étions présents que sur un court séjour.

Un super appartement
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et nous reviendrions les yeux fermés. La communication avec le propriétaire était au top et le logement fidèle à la description et idéalement situé.
Pour rebondir sur les commentaires, il y avait une légère odeur d'égout mais rien de trop dérangeant et l'escalier était certe étroit mais rien de choquant par rapport à d'autres cages d'escaliers dans Rouen.

Bel appartement au 5e étage sans ascenseur, dans une rue très commerçante, non loin de la place du marché et près des rues piétonnes, des parcs et des musées. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Rouen et les animations des fêtes de Noël.
Cuisine bien équipée, avec lave-vaisselle.
Chaque chambre a une douche.
Nous avions un radiateur en panne dans une chambre (en décembre) que nous avons signalé par sms et par mail, mais aucune solution apportée par le propriétaire, et pas de couverture supplémentaire pour se réchauffer. Notre fille ayant trop froid a fini par dormir dans la salle.
Mauvaises odeurs provenant des douches, sans doute à cause la vétusté de l'immeuble.
Nous avons trouvé que l'heure de rendu des clefs était un peu tôt (11H).
