Very central and budget friendly hotel but my room was not clean and there was no air conditioning only ventilator. There was a heavy smell in the room due to being closed for a long time. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Je déconseille à plus de 60e la nuit.

Pour un Ibis ça passe, mais ne mérite en aucun cas le titre de Ibis Style. Extérieur déplorable, intérieur vieillissant, peu de prises dans les chambres, une télé brûlée au propre sens du terme, une salle de bain trop etroite y compris la douche avec un mobilier jaunis. Pas de clim mais 2 ventilateurs vous sont proposés. Coin "bureau" très austère avec à peine assez de place pour l'ordinateur. Pour un Budget ok, mais ça ne mérite pas 100e la nuit. Je ne parle même pas de la ville qui m'as extrêmement déçu entre les travaux, le peu de choix de restauration quand on enlève Kebab et japonnais, et le sentiment d'insécurité, les rats qui se promènent... Loin du centre de Rouen que j'imaginais.

Sejour très decevant pour un hotel 3 etoiles. Pas de climatisation une seule prise de courant utilisée pour le ventilateur. J ai demandé une multiprise pour charger mon téléphone... il n'y en a pas. Pas de prise USB. Le petit dejeuner...pas de yaourt ??? dans un 3 étoiles ???? meme les hotels 2 étoiles en propose. Pas de bar, pas de restauration possible. Pas de parking.Ne pas y aller en fait

Badeværelset lugtede af kloak. Vi påtalte det i receptionen, og de ville fikse det. Men da vi brugte vand igen på badeværelset lugtede det igen. Der er ekstrem meget støj ud mod floden, hvis man har åbent vindue, som man har når der er 28 grader. Ingen aircondition og dårligt klima på værelset

L’hôtel est bien situé, en plein cœur de la ville historique de Rouen. Parmi les axes d’amélioration suggérés : • Améliorer le confort du lit • Ajouter un chevet du côté droit • Installer des prises de courant près du chevet, car il n’est pas pratique de devoir se déplacer pour charger les téléphones.
