Located on the first floor of a secure building, this 26m2 flat comprises a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with adjoining WC.

The Marie features a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath (washbasin unit, towel rail, shower and WC), a fully-equipped kitchen (small fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee-maker and all kitchen utensils), a dining area, a cosy sitting area with TV, and a sleeping area with double bed. A wardrobe is available for storing your clothes.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

Bus: Several bus routes serve the area, including routes 6, 13 and F1. They offer easy access to many points of interest, whether for leisure, work or study.

TEOR: The TEOR network (T1, T2, T3) is just a few minutes away and offers a fast, comfortable way to get around the Rouen metropolitan area.

Accessibility: Whether you want to explore Notre-Dame Cathedral, stroll through the medieval streets, visit museums or enjoy the banks of the Seine, everything is accessible on foot or by public transport, making your journeys simple and enjoyable.

## Notes

Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is no later than 11am.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

La cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
