In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and one bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is offered free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Any cleaning during the stay, fresh linen/towels, restocking of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the Archiduchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the instructions for arriving at your accommodation.

Parmis les meilleurs hébergement.
La logement était simple mais bien situé et équipé et calme et propre .
La réactivité de notre hôte était remarquable. Son soucis de nous offrir les meilleurs conditions de séjour est particulièrement appreciable.
Nous avons visité des lieux touristiques, et avons choisis Rouen pour sa stratégie . Nous allons revenir à l’occasion de nos voyages dans la région .

Logement nicole
Appartement correct dans un quartier nord de Rouen,le logement était correct. Les consignes pour l arrivée et le retour était clair , petit bémol 3 télévisions une seule télécommande et pour les ustensiles de cuisine ( petite casserole et petite poêle) n’était pas adapté à la plaque de cuisson.
Conciergerie inutile, difficilement joignable, et qui ne prend pas en charge les demandes, malgré plusieurs relances (en particulier aucune casserole utilisable car non compatibles avec les plaques à induction).Quartier très populaire.Toutes les fenêtres sont au nord, il y a donc très peu de soleil dans l'appartement.Aucune intimité : les baies vitrées donnent sur la rue (rez-de-chaussée), et il n'y a pas de voilages.
