Very easy check in/out process. Property was clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided. This property was slightly less expensive than hotels in the area, while also being an overall slightly better product in my opinion.

Excellent and central location. I loved the studio, the bed was comfortable, clean, and large window with views of the city. Restaurants, a shopping mall, tour agencies all within walking distance. I would come back for sure.

Clear check in instructions and general info for check out. Check out time at 12 is perfect. The apartment has everithing you might need and close to city centre and shops. A 24/7 shop is just few steps away from the apartment. The only thing I would improve is the shower

Good - Clean and comfortable, easy check-in/out, convenient central location. Bad - very noisy location next to depot, thermostats broken so either too hot or too cold with the windows open. Would have thought Santa might decorate for Christmas just a little, especially for the price.

Easy no frills accommodations

This was a one night stop for us. The apartment is fine for what it is-zero frills accommodation. The lady cleaning is very sweet. Easy to find however please note, you have to pick up the keys from a bar that is a 5-7 min walk away. We didn’t know this and my kids sat outside freezing for 15-20min while I ran to find the key place. It’s right in town so close to everything.

Many cafes, restaurants, supermarket and tour agencies nearby. But host very bad with communication. On the second day of my 10 days stay. I email and WhatsApp the owner asking whether we be only using 2 towels and 2 toilet paper for my 10 night's stay, but no reply from the owner. But on last day, I email the owner where I leave the key after I checked out, immediate reply from the owner. What a surprise. I suggest the owner learn from the Japanese and Korean hotel provider. They leave the towels and toilet at a commom area where guests can change themselves and leave the used items in a basket beside.

warm stay near pedestrian street

Location-wise, this place is hard to beat - just a sprint to the pedestrian street, and a supermart is just downstairs, so you can get your supplies to make a simple meal in your kitchenette. the room has seen better days, but it is clean and keeps you warm with the double glazed windows. we didn't even bother with the heater in the room. there is also an old fashioned lift that can take two people with two pieces of luggage. the lady who owns the place and the one who upkeeps it are friendly and efficient.

Good apartment at city center

The company has many apartments in the same building. I was at B5 apartment, which had a large room and living room. Good kitchen, well equiped for preparing breakfast and food. The apartment was very clean. The location is amazing, very close to everything interesting in Rovaniemi city center. One point of improvement is the bathroom, especially the box shower. It is not easy at all to get in and out of it, it has around 80-100cm height and it is very small. I wonder about elderly guests or guests with some movement restriction: they would suffer a lot to get in and out from it. I think you should improve that in the near future.

Truly excellent ! The room is spacious and has everything you need. Come with oven, coffee maker. Kettle. Toaster. Hairdryer. Right in city centre. Was worried at first how to get the key. But was so easy. Was just in a key box outside the property and they send you a code. I cannot fault this place. Was superb.

La camera non era esattamente come le foto del sito, ma era comunque molto carina e in ordine. La pulizia davvero eccellente. Il riscaldamento perfetto, con la possibilità di accendere un altro termosifone portatile che scaldava subito la stanza. Letto e coperte magnifiche, siamo stati molto bene. Unica pecca: gli appartamenti sono costruiti sopra ad un night club, dunque tutte le notti fino alle 4.30 abbiamo sentito rumori, addirittura l’ultima notte un ragazzo con la cassa a tutto volume è uscito dal locale e ha svegliato l’intero quartiere. Ci siamo anche spaventati. Inoltre, sul pianerottolo c’era odore di fumo (essendo non fumatori, mi ha dato un po’ fastidio). Nonostante ciò, la struttura è in pieno centro, tutti i negozi e i ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Personale davvero cortese, ci ha consentito di fare il check in poco prima dell’orario di apertura e la comunicazione è stata scorrevole e gentile. Il prezzo è davvero competitivo.
