Nice little town

It was a quick overnight and back on the road for us on a cross country road trip. Beautiful historical home with a cute neighborhood. We took a walk with our morning coffee and learned about some local history. The house was well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable

We loved our stay at the Owl’s Nest. Our teens particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Enjoyed a gorgeous sunset while kayaking on the lake — everything we needed was right there and easy to access. Thanks to Pearl & Dave for leaving the gift of s’mores ...

Our host, Michael had good communication before and during our stay. The home was ready upon arrival and he was able to work with us with a few modifications. There were a few missed spots with cleaning (steps, cabinets & one bedrm floor). Michael offered to resend cleaning crew but we passed on ...

Rowlesburg was small and safe. A good home base while exploring the area.
