"This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded. We were there for a week in the winter, so didn't get to enjoy the beautiful patio.The pull-out futon in the living area is really only suitable for a child, but the two bedrooms are beautiful with great linens and tasteful decor. I drew the short straw and didn't have a bedroom so I slept on the couch, which was surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely stay at Ryan and Matt's again if there were only two beds needed. "

"We were amazed by this beautiful, calming, tranquil home. We were very pleased to be able to use this property over the Thanksgiving holiday and use the well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The place was clean and charming. The home is more beautiful in person than the photos relay. Many delightful surprises in every room, which I will not list as to not spoil the discovery for your next guests! Our family would definitely seek this property again. Thank you!"

"Convenient location and a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was very nice. One drawback was no bathroom on the main living level. "
