"Th hotel is in a great location. Rooms were a bit small but nice. The main issue was the lighting was terrible including the bathroom vanity was a dim yellow light, challenging for makeup or shaving."
"The hotel room was very clean and nice it was me and my daughter and her friend we stayed in room with 2 queen beds and it was great . They had a small fridge and microwave and everything was spotless they have ice machines and a small snack place to buy snacks they also have a laundry room but you do have to pay. The pool looked really nice and they give you a standard breakfast. I deff would stay there again ."
"The bones of this hotel are a lovely midcentury design. There was a missed opportunity to add charm when it was updated. It’s a sad, corporate gray remodel and the AI art is charmless. It’s also a bit of a turn off that they ask you to tip the cleaning staff—I hope they are paid adequately.
I will say everyone we interacted was super accommodating and proactive. The location to museums and transit was also very good."
"Hotel is close to a lot of attractions, walkable to metros and many restaurants and cafes. Amazing service at the front desk. Mia was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. It was my family’s first time to Boston, Mia provided a lot of helpful information and recommendations. Thank you!"
"I was disappointed there was no one to help me lift my baggage from the sidewalk into the hotel up three steps. The sidewalk is on a slope and my bags are on wheels. I was worried they would roll away. Also, I was disappointed in the bar/restaurant offering; my first night I was informed that they did not serve breakfast and so did not try to eat in there until my last night which was pleasant but a very limited menu."
