HOUSE IDEALLY LOCATED 300 M FROM FOOT OF THE MAGNIFICENT BEACH OF SAND END OF THE GREAT CONCHE. Quarter Park Royan, quiet, this small house with terrace is fully equipped, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs, kitchen living room.
The market and shops are nearby. Possibility to park the car in the street. Well located, you can do everything on foot.
Beach at 300m, walks, bike paths, water sports, sea ride, violin on the sand, fireworks ... Park with games for children at 100m.
Private entrance with digicode, kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, toaster.

Bed 140X190 with new duvet with disposable protection + 2 new pillows (protection provided + disposable pad). The bedding is of good quality and is protected by a cotton pad + a disposable pad.

La maisonnette.

Petite maisonnette avec tout le confort qu il faut. Les commerces sont a coté et la plage de même. Le propriétaire est très disponible et répond a la moindre question et une réactivité rapide. Je conseille vivement.

Propreté parfaite, déco parfaite, super salle de bains. Emplacement top si vous n’êtes pas véhiculés. Peut-être l'emplacement du lave linge à revoir ... Mais j'ai été très satisfaite.

Petite maisonnette très bien située

Parfaite pour une personne ou un couple. La maisonnette est petite, mais charmante, confortable et fonctionnelle. Localisation parfaite, proche du marché et de la plage, dans une ruelle au calme entourée de jolies villas. Je recommande et reviendrai sans doute !!!
