"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. House was spotless, kudos to their cleaners! The owner introduced himself once we were all settled in, lovely chap. Although remote it’s a quick drive to the coast. Nice pubs around and we tried the Water Margin Chinese takeaway, which was really nice. The house does have a couple of neighbours so you do have to be respectful as it gets later but they were also very polite. I couldn’t find a fault with the house if I tried. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great weekend"

"Beautiful! Lovely staff on site who helped with our stay when we made a mistake with our booking. Would definitely come back again. Peaceful location, close to everything you need. Visited Bridlington animal farm which was just around the corner, less than 5 minutes by car. A must for the kids and the bird show was great."

"A lovely quiet cosy cottage, plenty of space and everything you need . Host is very helpful and friendly. Loads of wildlife including deer right at the cottage. We will be visiting again for sure."

"Beautiful lodge spotlessly clean and well equipped, the only down side for us no shop on site ,and a noisy road close by, it's very convenient for going in to Bridlington only a short drive to park and ride £6.50 all day"

"My wife and I have just spent a week at the end of June at Ted's Place. An extremely comfortable bungalow with a patio and garden garden to relax in also. We didn't use the hot tub as we were blessed with hot summer weather! ! and spent much time at the beach which is just a short drive away at South Cliff. This location is so accesible for everything else also, meals out and amusements etc., and a short drive to Filey and other sea-side places. Seeing the Peacocks was quite a novelty too. We would highly recommend this super home from home."
