"This hotel is in a good location for people looking to travel outside of Naha, with quick access to the Okinawa Expressway.
However, that's about the only positive thing I found about it. I chose this hotel because I wanted a kitchen, which it had. But the kitchen didn't have any cookware, serveware, or even cleaning supplies. The stove requires special cookware to use it, which I was not about to go out and I buy. I didn't find out out about this until after I booked it and received an email the day before my check in informing me the kitchen didn't come with anything.
To get replacement towels you have to go down to the front desk to exchange your used ones and the desk is only staffed in the afternoon and evening.
Had I known this things before booking, I would have looked for another hotel."
"Didnt eat in the hotel but our room was so
Clean and beds were so comfortable. Would stay here again. Staffs were so nice and helpful
Oh the only not good part is you cannot swim if you have a tattoo!"
"This was a great hotel. Very clean and modern. The rooftop pool is amazing! They had free drinks during happy hour there too. Excellent value and our family loved it. They also have one of those robotic, stacking parkades. If you have never seen one, watch as your car gets an elevator ride. The perfect choice if you need a transition hotel for a night before the rest of the island. "
