Loved how clean it was, and the bed was super comfortable especially after all our hiking! The fact that its perfectly between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead was extremely convenient!

Stayed with the family. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. It was close to everything: lake arrowhead village and skypark at santa village. Also, it was close to most of the hiking trail

I left my watch in my room. I didn't know until they called me. Thank you very much. I am ready to mail it to me. It is a very recommended hotel. The biggest highlight is quiet and clean. I will come to stay for a few days next time and enjoy a quiet life.

Clean, updated, close to Snow Valley

Clean, good sized room, brand new fridge, microwave and updated bathroom. Easy free, parking. Close to decent restaurants (Victoria's family restaurant was great). Only 10 min from Snow Valley. Only down side was no hairdryer in room, but they gave me one on request. Bed was comfy.

Loved it!

Loved it! It was very comfortable and felt modern and updated recently on the inside. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the missing coffee machine. Otherwise it's a great spot to enjoy the mountains from! :)

Brand new owner and totally renovated motel building. Quiet neyberhood. Easy in and out. Don't expected anything luxurious, you get what you paid for. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy access to Snow Valley and Big Bear Lake.

Walls are thin.

Rooms had been updated and were clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with requests. Only complaint is we could hear all our neighbors. The people above us were unpacking until late into the evening which sounded like a heard of elephants bowling. The hotle provided the basics forba one night stay for a reasonable price.

Very updated rooms! Pretty clean and the management was very friendly and helpful. I only wish the front desk was kore accessible there was never anyone there. Would love some coffee provided in the morning as there is no coffee maker in the room. Other than that we would stay again!
