"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed linens were crisp, fresh, and well-pressed, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. No bad odours from cleaning chemicals or previous guests. The continental breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and sweet pastries. "Unfortunately, I cannot say I had a very good stay. I booked this hotel specifically because Expedia said there was a 70$ deposit for a pet fee, assuming that would be returned to me after the stay. I got to the hotel, where I was told that it is not a deposit but an additional fee. I also found a huge spot in my room covered in ants. It looked like the wall was moving. I was graciously given a new room very quickly, but when I asked the staff if they wanted me to show them where the ants were, they said no and just handed me the new key. I found that odd, as I would think they would want to know where the issue was. The new room was good and there were no issues. l spoke to the front desk in the morning about the issues and asked if it was possible to get a partial refund for the inconvenience and inaccurate description upon booking. They said no and there was nothing they could do as it was booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they helped me greatly! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming back to this hotel. "

"This is a great property to stay at when you have an early morning flight. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were soft and plushy. The restaurant had great food."
