"The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was immaculate, bending over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast variety was excellent with western and Chinese cuisine. It’s a little far from the downtown river walk, however if you look for peace and quiet, this is a wonderful place for you to relax and unwind. Well recommended from a traveler from Dallas, TX."

"Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back."
