Brilliant for a family holiday - we’ll be back
The accommodation was lovely, clean and very well equipped with beautiful views over the countryside. The children loved being on the farm, visiting and feeding the animals - Nic and Simon were great hosts. The location was great for us too, it was an easy drive to all the sights and attractions. We’re already thinking about our next trip.

What an amazing place to stay! Every detail of the accommodation has been considered, from high quality appliances (Schofield/joseph and Joseph/ John Lewis/ umbra) to a welcome box with essentials in for a comfortable stay (soaps, slippers, bath mats (brand new ) toilet cleaner and brushes (brand new) etc)
The owners are exceptional and the farm setting is stunning. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Tithe Barn, Little Upton Farm, in Ryde
We had a great stay at the Tithe Barn, Little Upton Farm, in Ryde - we’d absolutely recommend it to others and hope to visit again one day.
Pros:
Stunning views
Meeting the host Nic and feeding the farm animals was a real joy
Accommodation was clean
Comfy beds
Good welcome pack with cleaning products and even disposable slippers
Good cooking utensils
Although the contact from JFYHH was nice and friendly, I probably would have preferred to have dealt directly with the host, as we had quite a few spam/partner emails linked with the booking, and when I needed to ask a question I was passed onto the host anyway.
Upstairs toilet flush is very loud and wakes the household at night
With the price we paid it would have been nice to have had some essentials like milk, oil, salt and pepper, shampoo/conditioner
Firstly let me say thank you for your electric car chargers this made life so easy. We enjoyed the peaceful location and the animals on your farm. There were lots of places to visit from historical sites to childrens fun parks. Excellent family holiday.
A perfect home to return to after a day of activities on the island. Warm and cosy interior with plenty of space, especially for children. Great outdoor space (walled private concrete area with seating and a large grass area to be shared with the property next door).
Lovely host who made us feel relaxed from arrival. She also encouraged us to visit their animals, something our little one looked forward to daily.
For us, the sound of sheep in the morning was a welcome sound as a getaway from urban London living.
The Tithe Barn was a perfect stay and gave us a holiday that is hard to come by in current times.
