"Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend."

"Clean room. Very helpful staff. In the middle of all activities. Could not find hairdryer in the room. I thought that parking was available but it’s parking on the road and only two hours during the day but plentiful car parks nearby. Super ice cream shop attached to property."

"Generally very good, Very tasty evening meal , nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem was the en-suite! The shower only produced a trickle of water and the sealer around the bath was dirty and needed to be renewed."

"Had a brilliant few days here. The house was lovely, perfect for our family of 5 plus dog! Felt spacious and comfortable. Well equipped for self catering. Close to the gorgeous beach, we loved our daily walks. Great selection of board games was an added bonus. Communication from the owners was great. No problems at all during our stay but they checked in via email to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend. "
Converted barn / Oast House with amazing views and EV chargers

"The perfect place to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with the family. Every bedroom was amazing, so no one was disappointed. The large lounge / dinner, with a central log burner, was ideal for a large family, with large windows and 3 doors out to the patio and garden, with lots of frolicking lambs and blossom. Modern additions to the original features were stylish and in keeping with the rustic but luxurious decor and furnishings. We expected a lovely place, but it exceeded expectations, with 'Wows!' From everyone as we explored. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The host communcated well and we'd highly recommend this to everyone. There were 8 of us, but it could easily accommodate 10. Easy reach to Rye, Battle and Hastings. No reservations about recommending this to large groups. We all wish we'd stayed longer."
