"We received about 12 emails about the check-in despite having answered the first message. We were not able to access the apartment with the code. Thankfully someone came rapidly. Apparently the batteries in the lock needed to be changed. It was a nice apartment with lots of space and the welcome bottle of rosé was a nice attention. Overall the stay was fine. Just frustrated with the check-in process. "

"This hotel is in the ideal location, in the City Center. Keeping in mind that can be a little noisy with the bustle of shoppers and the ringing of the church bells. We had a challenging time finding it because the entrance to the hotel is literally in the courtyard for the Juliette attraction. So it's quite busy during the day but in the evening you have the courtyard to yourself. This makes for beautiful pictures! The staff was amazing, the room was spacious (we had a suite) and beautiful. The room fridge was kept stocked with champagne, beer, water and soda. Also, there were plenty of snacks as well. I highly recommended this hotel. "

"This is newly renovated property in the heart of old Verona as of late 2025. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, high class, amazing location, attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even brought a gift for my wife's birthday! If we are ever back in Verona, no need to look anywhere else. I can't recommend highly enough. "
