"Gurkha style food served in restaurant was nice but a bit pricey. Room was very small but OK for the night."

"The reception staff were not very informative or professional. The communal areas, corridors etc were tired and tun down, washing bags left outside for long periods of time etc. The spa was very relaxing but very expensive compared to other spas. Overall it was an ok stay but wouldn't I return, perhaps not as think I could get more value for money elsewhere in the area"

"We had a fantastic stay at Holly Tree Cottage. The beds were very comfortable, the travel cot for our toddler was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The cottage was warm and spacious, and the extension provided a great amount of extra space. The hot tub was lovely and very warm. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return!"

"Accommodation was first class. Rooms were lovely and space for all our team inspecting a jet at Kidlington airport. Well appointed kitchen and a log burner to sleep by in a carb coma. Uber delivered our shopping from Waitrose in nearby Witney. Lots of parking and a cost spot to relax in. Highly recommended to all. "

"We booked to stay for two nights in celebration of my sisters pending wedding. We were are a group of 10 women mid 30s to 50s. Thorn house was loved by all of us, it had everything we needed, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. There are shops near by and you get 30% off a specific chinese takeaway when staying at Thorn house. We explored Oxford, which is a 30 min drive. Host was responsive with my questions and providing information. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for providing a perfect setting to make memories. "
