Neighborhood was bad, homeless sleeping in parking area, smell of d*pe, window AC was falling and I can see outside. Facet water was too strong and sprayed everywhere. Mattress was hard. Pillows were lumpy like a motel. Sheet was stretched out and kept coming off."
