The apartments are beautiful and well equipped. The property management is friendly and accommodating. Little alley that is safe to reach apartment. It is secure walk up building.

Great value for the money no doubt about that. Independent decent apartment not far from Medellin is what exactly I want. Loved having the washer machine. Groceries could be delivered to your door. Mateo is a great guy, fantastic help, showed me around and even helped me order groceries and get a haircut. DiDi and Uber are not expensive and can take you everywhere. Sloppy hill down to the apartment and up to the main road. Good daily exercise.

The appartments are really good. Good taste and with all the confort you need. cheap transportation via DIDI app. That you can download on site. When you get there you will realize how good they are once you are inside. The area is close to a very nice neighborhood although the building is 30 yards from that area inside a working class neighborhood. Don't get discouraged,I had a really really good experience. You will be amazed. The owner always available to help you. You even have brand new washing machine anf all the pans and pots to cook if you want to stay for a long time. Really good experience.

Bad business practices

I reserved the room the same day they confirmed instructions were i had to call them. We did to get code for the room but they didn't answer. Called for 20mins and nothing. Contacted hotels.com app and they didn't get any answer from the property. We tired for 45 mins and no answer. So i had to cancel and eat up the cost and they i don't think they will give me my money back. They called me back finally 3 hrs later when i already got another room from another property. They don't have no parking what so ever and the property is not located on a road. You have to walk down an ally away from road. Poor business practices if they not going to give me my money back. Not fair i didn't even check in...
