Large Vacation Home with great amenities

Large, 6200 square foot lodge (8 suites/8.5 bath) with Pool/Hot Tub that sleeps 32, located in the Mountain Valley subdivision – Walking distance to golf course and world famous House Pasture - a steakhouse and summer concert venue for the biggest summer concert series happening on the Frio River.

The property has been upgraded to include 1 gig of internet with free Wi-Fi in all rooms/areas. The lodge includes 8 suites, all equipped with 2 queen beds, a full kitchen (fridge/stove/sink) and full bathroom with shower/tub. The rooms also include smart TV’s that allows free access to Hulu TV and Spotify, and streaming capabilities for Netflix, YouTube, etc… Each suite has its own front and rear exits with locks for privacy/security. 6 of the rooms adjoin and open up for families that want to connect rooms/living areas. All 8 rooms open up to a central patio with a commercial grade pool and hot tub, with a volleyball net across the pool for summer fun! There are also multiple grills on the patio for outdoor cooking/grilling.

In addition to the 8 suites, there is a large lodge/meeting room with a half bath, dining tables/chairs, sofas, Smart Tv’s and full kitchen with long bar. Perfect for family reunions or large groups looking to grill out and serve food buffet style.

Recent upgrades also include a full Sonos sound system inside the lodge and on the back patio. The lodge includes free access to Spotify to stream your favorite music and playlists seamlessly between the inside lodge and back patio.

Below the lodge is approximately 1 acre of open land that includes a volleyball court, washers and horseshoes. Most of the lower lawn is closely mowed to allow for guests and their kids to run around and play baseball, football, etc….

Booking this lodge also grants private access to the Frio River. Frio Country Resort, the property management group, will give the gate code and instructions for parking.

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.

For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
