"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. "We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. "Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something.
