Only 5 cars allowed on the property. Anyone visiting the house other than the paying guests needs to be approved by Landlord in advance. drive slow
Do not play music loud at night as noise travels I have provided two speakers for the outdoor area. We like to keep the Cedar Tub area as a quiet zone

The house had everything you could need while also being so cozy. We had the best time and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Michael was very responsive and always available for anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with friends and family.

Amazing property and incredible host

What a wonderful experience our group had while staying here. Michael’s attention to detail in creating such a beautiful home with so many amenities and in helping us check in were truly unmatched. Michael is an incredible host and we spent a lot of time talking about when we could return and rent the home again. We’re so thankful for the amazing weekend we spent here. The outdoor theatre, the massage room, and all the living spaces were really exceptional. The grounds are unique and pristine. We really love it here.

AMAZING STAY

Thank you Michael for making our son's wedding even more special by giving my guests a great and special property to stay at. Not only were so quick to respond to any questions we had, but truly had so many options for fun entertainment that we were not able to possibly use them all. That being said, we will have to return at some point, as your home was so close to everything the Hamptons has to offer!

Perfect Birthday Surprise

I decided to surprise my fiance with a trip to sag harbor with a group size of 13. We had more than enough space and the property was gorgeous. Had the pleasure of meeting Michael Newmark the property owner who is an amazing host and also my spirit animal. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Property with even better hospitality

We had the pleasure of staying at Michaels's property for a weekend in April 2019. The property comfortably had room for 16 of us and had an endless amount of amenities from the Sauna, hot tub, gym, basketball court and trails. Michael was a very welcoming host who was very easy to reach whenever needed and provided great suggestions for the weekend. There is nothing else like this property as you are closed off from the main street and are in your own area! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon in the future!

Beautiful house, beautiful property

Spent a lovely week at Michael’s house in Sagaponack. Property was gorgeous and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a hiccup with a leaky hot tub but we worked it out so everyone got their tub time in. I would just recommend a better stocked kitchen. There were 16 of us and 5 coffee mugs. But really, that was the only complaint- pretty minor! Michael was super responsive and helpful. Really loved our time there!

Stayed here with a group of friends for July 4th weekend. Micheal was such a great host and the house was beautiful and the property and home are so well kept. Photos don’t do it justice. The check in was easy and the housekeeper Sandi was so accommodating and very helpful with clean up and anything we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great weekend.

Enchanting ✨

We stayed here with 10 adults and 5 children under 11. This house is nothing short of magical, from the moment you pull into the long driveway. The property is just magnificent. The house is charming and perfect for a big group. The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do for everyone. There’s the pool, the barrel hot tub, tennis, basketball, the outdoor movie screen, saunas , pool table, the list just goes on and on. We had the best time, we never had to leave the property! And Michael! What an amazing host, so accommodating and friendly. We absolutely loved everything about our trip here. If you’re thinking of booking this house, let this be your sign to do it!

dream stay - best vibes

Our experience was wonderful! Michael was ultra responsive from the moment we first reached out to book and through our entire stay (I’m talking immediate responses to everything) The check-in was super informative, and quite fun too because Michael has great energy. As for the house, what a labor of love! It is very well kept, and very comfortable to spend time in. There are SO many small details that have been considered, which make your experience better without you even realizing it. The grounds are pretty magical too - stunning garden, trails, tennis court, koi fish pond (with moving water, so no mosquitos), outdoor sauna, teak hot tub, pool… and the list goes on. My kids adventured all over the place every day. The main house is well-stocked (feels like you are staying at an actual person's house, but with zero clutter), and all the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The cottage (above garage) is close enough to the house that the person staying there feels they are part of the group, all while having their own space. The whole house feels that way, actually - always connected, but with your own space. It’s also a biohacker’s dream; IR sauna, gym, red light panels, outdoor sauna. Location is almost perfect - 10 mins from ocean, 10 mins from Sag, 6 mins from Bridge, 30 from Amagansett (“almost” bc you do get a few planes that fly overhead sometimes, but not in a bothersome way.) We all agreed that we'd happily come back here any/all the time. Thanks again :)
