The DeLuxe floating harbor suite, moored in the harbor basin of the small Martinshafen marina, offers pure luxury in a cosy, relaxing living space and two outdoor terraces on two floors. A large panoramic window enhances the spacious impression of the room and offers great views of the harbor. A small dry sauna, a bubble bath directly in front of a double bed for cuddling and an electric massage chair ensure special and personal wellness moments on board. You sleep without wave movements only approx. 30 cm above the water surface. A dining area with a small kitchenette offers options for simple self-catering. Entertainment is provided by the entertainment infrastructure, which invites you to stream your favorite series. Two bathrooms with large floor-to-ceiling showers, WC and an additional small cabin with a double berth round off the luxury offerings of the floating harbor suite. An air conditioning system with heating and cooling function ensures pleasant temperatures on board. The two outdoor terraces offer plenty of options for enjoying the clear air of the island of Rügen and magnificent sunsets. Especially the lounge sun island on the roof terrace of the floating luxury lady.



Nestled in the nature reserve around the Great Jasmund Bodden and ideally located in the northern part of the island of Rügen, the water suite is situated in a sheltered location in the Martinshafen marina. The unique vacation location for you is firmly moored in the harbor, ready for relaxing hours and unique vacation moments. More vacation with and on the water is not possible. With plenty of untouched nature, directly on the water and a small stretch of beach right by the harbor. Enjoy relaxing hours. Or, weather permitting, enjoy the excellent conditions for kitesurfing or windsurfing. Two SUPs are part of the on-board equipment for a water excursion on the Bodden. The small marina is still a real insider tip and has developed into an interesting hotspot for houseboat vacations and sporting vacations near the water in recent years.

The small resort continues to grow steadily with new moorings and small suites and vacation homes in a prime waterfront location. The harbor is located just a few kilometers from the famous island highlight Ralswiek open-air theater and a beautiful excursion from Cape Arkona and offers various accommodations on and near the water with a small harbor snack restaurant and free Wi-Fi in all areas as well as free private parking on the marina grounds. The larger towns of Sassnitz and Bergen are just a few minutes away by car. The site is ideally located for excursions to the Rügendamm and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and has its own small beach areas and water access. The existing small harbor bistro offers a wonderful view of the harbor and the Jasmund Bodden and has a sun terrace. The area is ideal as a starting point for exploring the island and for cycling. Various activities on the water are just waiting to be discovered. Fantastic long fine sandy beaches on the Schaabe are just a short trip away on the cycle path. You can also plan a trip to Stralsund, whose main train station and harbor are within easy reach.
