Die Anlage ist für Familien gedacht und KInder bis 12 Jahre finden hier viele schöne Dinge zum spielen. Leider kommt die Anlage etwas in die Jahre und es zeigen sich deutlich Abnutzungserscheinungen die auch auf Gefährdung hinweisen. In der Tobewelt ist bei der Scooter-Rennstrecke eine Holzumrandung die sehr demoliert aussieht und grobe Spliter aufweist. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Die Schwimmhalle ist manchmal so überfüllt und es gibt dann auch einen Einlassungsstopp. In den Appartements wird zwischendurch nicht gesäubert und es gibt nur eine Grundausstattung mit Toilettenpapier. Hier sind die Möbel tlw. sehr abgenutzt und Fliesen gesprungen auch befindet sich angehender Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker aber vor einem Jahr gab es noch mehr Variationen zum Frühstück. Gerade für Kinder waren die Pancakes oder Crepes sehr lecker aber dieses Jahr wurde darauf verzichtet. Bei einem Familienresort fehlt mir das... Ich würde die Anlage trotzdem empfehlen und auch wieder hinfahren.

Skønt hotel, skønt personale og skønne omgivelser, alt i alt, virkelig god oplevelse for næsten ingen penge! Det eneste negative var, at hotellet lå ude i ingenting

Einige Angestellte sind sehr zuvorkommend, andere weniger. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Das Abendbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich, qualitativ aber Kantinen Niveau.

Sehr gute Lage, alte Blutflecken auf dem Teppich mussten den kleinen Kindern erklärt werden, nur 2Saftgläser waren vorhanden und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht ohne zusätzlichen Druck, das Wasser lief durch, ein Erwachsener musste stets helfen. Auch bei der vorherrschenden kühlen Witterung war die Wohnung sehr gut beheizbar..Insgesamt aber ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und gute Möglichkeiten für drin und draußen Aktivitäten.

Unterkunft war sehr schön. Wir waren 8n einer Ferienwohnung und das einzige was mir fehlte war die Gelegenheit zur Mülltrennung. Entweder war sie nicht vorhanden oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden und somit alles in den Mülltonnen entsorgt.

Die Appartements kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Etwas altmodisch und vor allem war das Appartement bei der Anreise kalt. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht so schön. Auf jedenfalls Überarbeitungs fähig.

Loin et pas adapté aux touristes

Il s'agit d'un complexe hôtelier qui regroupe des chambres d'hôtel et des appartements répartis sur une grande superficie de terrain. À plus de 40€ de taxi en provenance de la gare de Bergen auf Rugen, c'est un pensez-y bien si, comme nous, vous n'avez pas de voiture. Malheureusement un seul employé parlait bien l'anglais durant nos 5 nuits (vu seulement la dernière journée). C'est donc très erroné d'indiquer anglais dans les langues parlées par les employés. Prenez note que le resto itaien est fermé les dimanches et lundis (info que nous aurions aimé recevoir dès le début plutôt que se retrouver au buffet à 21€ par adulte pour notre dernier souper)! Le Splash est très intéressant pour les enfants (jeux variés payants et non-payants). Malheureusement certains étaient défectueux lors de notre passage. La piscine un gros wow! Beaucoup de plaisir dans la glissade avec fiston. Comme il faisait très froid et c'était pluvieux lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du balcon. Dommage car le temps serait passé clairement plus vite. Il serait intéressant d'avoir vos activités hebdomadaires et menus en anglais. Nous nous serions sentis beaucoup mieux accueillis. Les tapis de l'appartement était taché mais sinon tout le reste de l'appartement était très bien.

Es sind sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Besonders zu nennen Frau Annett Brauer am Empfang im Schwimmbad. Alles ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und die Veranstaltungen für Kinder waren Topp. wir werden immer wieder gerne daran denken und auch wieder kommen

Unfortunately, we had a family room under the roof and the room was not at all laid out as the pictures showed us. There was no kitchen to speak off really. But it served its purpose. The pool was next door and that was lovely.

Die Unterkunft war einzigartig! Durch einen Wasserschaden, hatten wir das Glück, dass wir anstatt das gebuchte Apartment, in eine Suite im Gutsherrenhaus beziehen durften.

Wanderwochenende von zentraler Lage

Ein Appartment auf den letzten Drücker gebucht, weil sonst nichts anderes mehr zu kriegen war. Von hier kommt man sehr schnell nach Arkona, zum Königsstuhl, in die Badeorte oder zu den Schlössern, weil zentral gelegen. Frühstück ist OK, kann man in den Appartments aber auch selber machen, wenn man Bock hat. Wir sind nur gewandert und haben die Natur genossen. Dem Kindertrubel des Splash haben wir uns entzogen.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung in einer guten Anlage

Wohnung war insgesamt sehr geräumig, für 4 Personen optimal, auf der Couch (Aufbettung) würde ich nicht schlafen wollen/ können. Das Spassbad und der Indoorspielplatz sind sauber, gepflegt und ausreichend ausgestattet. Vom Standort der Anlage erreicht man die Küste, Sassnitz, Binz in wenigen Minuten. Leider kein Brötchenkauf vor Ort. Der Streichelzoo ist sehr positiv beschrieben. Das Gut selbst ist nicht direkt angrenzend, zirka 300 m entfernt, lediglich der Hotelbetrieb / Hotelzimmer sind dort untergebracht. Insgesamt eine gute Anlage, die wir empfehlen können.
