About this property

Lakeview 4BR home, Wellness Spa, Cedar Forest, 7 Min to Town- kumo cabin!

  • 3 acres in a cedar grove steps from Pend Oreille Lake, Kumo Cabin is your family's ultimate North Idaho getaway — newly renovated, design-forward 4 bedroom home.

Soak in the cedar hot tub, cold plunge or sauna, or swim in the natural pond. Send the kids to the lower pond to catch frogs while you watch sunset from the deck.
Downtown Sandpoint — restaurants, shops, boat rentals — is 7 min over the bridge. Beach and boat launch access is 5 min away at Springy Point.

Schweitzer Mtn. skiing is 20 min to the lifts!

Hot water: please fill the tubs halfway or less (they're very deep) and spread out showers and baths. Two half baths uses up the hot water, and it takes around 2 hours to reheat.
