Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine.
