"We absolutely loved this place. It was by far our favorite stay during our 10 days in Japan. Definitely recommend spending extra on the dinner, it was amazing."

"Enjoyed my stay"

"Was a lot smaller than pictures showed"

"It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. "

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The shuttle to the station was very convenient. "

"Wonderful hotel"

"great staff, perfect location for the start or end of Shinamami Kaido, and rooms are comfortable a clean. Amenities perfect"

"Very impressive hotel"

"Lovely small hotel with a calm zen vibe. Very clean room with modern Japanese styling. Loved the free goodies in the mini fridge and the Bose speaker! Staff were helpful in answering questions, even if our ability to communicate was limited ;)"

"Great hotel. Had an amazing stay. Location was fab and staff were wonderful. Thank you! "

"Clean and cosy. We have had good time in Fukuyama. "

"Very helpful staff, clean rooms & great location"

"Nice hotel"

"Nicely retrofitted hotel. Westernized decor, but still has that Japanese charm of hotel hospitality. Staff is very friendly and will make sure youre taken care of."

"Really enjoyed the stay with my family. 24 hour check in, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and breakfast is great. "

"Worst night of my life. There was an alarm bell going off 5 times during the night, so I hardly had any sleep at all. When I finally gave up and left at 5am, there was nobody in the reception, otherwise I would have demanded a full refund."

"Excellent and attentive staff. Liked the post industrial loft vibe with walkout balcony city views. Also very near the train station and Fukuyama Castle."

"The room, the staff, the location I have only words of compliments. The space is absolutely beautiful with a view of the bay and the lighthouse. The staff were so kind and very helpful. The food breakfast was tasty as well. A definite recommendation."

"Quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly staff"

"A well-run business hotel with an onsite cafe where the breakfast is served. The single room was small, but I had a view of the castle in the distance. The breakfast was good. You can choose different types of pillows, and there is free coffee in the lobby. 3 minutes from the train station, plenty of restaurants nearby."
